I am interested in Natural Language Programming and related fields, i.e. Computational Linguistics, Linguistics, Logic, Mathematics, Software Technology, Programming Languages, Philosophy and Psychology.

I am currently working on a dissertation in Naturalistic Programming, that is, programming with a simplified but real natural language (Pegasus Project). This includes the development of a meta language abstracting natural language features (Idea Semantic Meta Language), natural language parsers, grammar, lexical and semantic facilities, a formal programming language reflecting the natural language features (Pegasus F), a natural language interpreter and compiler, an intelligent IDE, collaborative ontology-based knowledge-sharing and mechanisms for resolving references (Rava), supporting events and rules (Borneo) and providing seamless syntactic extensibility (π).
