I have been a PhD student at the Software Technology Group from Nov 2011 until Dec 2016. My research focus has been on software development tools, in particular recommendation systems for software engineering. In this context, I have built the FeedBaG interaction tracker. I collected a large number of interaction traces from open source developers and used these traces to improve evaluation techniques of recommender systems, to study how developers use the Visual Studio IDE in practice, and to understand how we can further improve development work.

Starting in 2017, I will become a Postdoc at the Software Evolution and Architecture Lab (SEAL) at University of Zurich under the supervision of Prof. Harald Gall.

You will find more details about me and my work on my personal website, where I will publish all future updates.
